- Hourly charge for travel and site visits is $75.00 per hour
(two hour minimum) - Off-site project management is calculated at 3% of the project value
- Estimating rate is calculated at 0.4% of the completed estimate package (this includes plan review on this project)
- Plan review rate is calculated at .2% for the completed estimate package
